Requirements
For move out cleanings, we require that the electricity and water be left on
for us to use. If they are not, an additional fee will be charged for us having
to provide our own water to clean.
We also require that the house be 90% moved out of already. If we see
the house still has a lot of items in it causing us to not be able to clean
it properly, we will not clean it that same day.
Additional Costs
Junk removal will be an additional cost to the price already given, depending
on the amount needing to be removed.
